Terms of Service
Last updated: September 15, 2026
Welcome to TimeSmart™. These terms govern your use of the TimeSmart service, operated by TimeSmart Inc. By creating an account, you agree to them.
How TimeSmart works
TimeSmart lets children earn screen time by completing learning activities. Parents create child profiles, set expectations, and stay in control. TimeSmart records learning time and earned rewards inside the app; enforcing the rewards on your child's devices is done with the screen-time tools already on your phone or tablet. TimeSmart does not control third-party devices or apps directly.
Accounts
Only parents (adults 18 or older) create accounts. Parents are responsible for their child's use of TimeSmart and for keeping their password secure.
Free trial and subscriptions
- Every new family starts with a 3-day free trial. One trial per family.
- After the trial, TimeSmart requires a paid subscription (individual or family, monthly, 6-month, or annual) to continue using the service.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay and are handled by our payment processor.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse TimeSmart: no attempts to access other families' data, no automated scraping, no reselling the service, and no uploading content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Learning content
TimeSmart's lessons and quizzes are provided for educational enrichment. They are a supplement, not a replacement, for school or professional educational advice. Content and AI-generated guidance may contain mistakes; parents should review what their children are learning.
Ownership
TimeSmart, the TimeSmart logo, and the service content are owned by TimeSmart Inc. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
TimeSmart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeSmart Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. Contact admin@timesmartlearning.com for account or billing questions.
