TimeSmart™ (operated by TimeSmart Inc.) helps families turn learning time into earned screen time. We keep the information we collect to the minimum needed to run the service, and we never sell your data.

Information we collect

• Parent account: your email address and password (sign-in is handled by our authentication provider).
• Child profiles: a first name or nickname and an age band. We do not ask for a child's full name, birth date, or contact details.
• Learning activity: lessons started, quizzes taken, minutes earned, and screen time rewards recorded.
• Billing: subscription status handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Children's privacy

TimeSmart is designed for families, and we take children's privacy seriously. A parent creates and manages every child profile, children do not have their own accounts or sign-ins, and we do not collect personal information from children beyond the nickname and age band a parent provides. If you believe a child's information was provided without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your family's data.
• We never show advertising inside TimeSmart.
• We never track your child across other apps or websites.
• We never share child learning records with anyone outside the family account.

Who helps us run the service

We use a small number of trusted providers: a hosting and database provider to store data securely, a payment processor to handle subscriptions, and an email service to send account emails like sign-up confirmation and password resets. These providers process data only on our instructions to deliver the service.

Your choices as a parent

You can update or delete your child's profile at any time from the parent dashboard. You can delete your family account by contacting us at admin@timesmartlearning.com — we will remove your account and learning records. Questions or concerns about privacy can go to the same address.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify account holders by email before the changes take effect.
